  • OUTDOOR 2009 TRYOUTS COMPLETE!

    A big warm thanks to all the volunteers and most especially the kids who came to our tryouts for Outdoor 2009! We had a record number of kids come to the tryouts and we are very optimistic of the future of the Victoria Youth Soccer Program!

     

    We have 6 teams declared for this Outdoor Season.

  • MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!

    Victoria Soccer Club is pleased to announce that the EIYSA League and its members have adopted a North & South Boundry. This means that Victoria Soccer Club can accomodate any players that live North of the River going East to West. This is great news as kids & parents finally have more choices! Change is great and Victoria Soccer Club is pleased to be part of EIYSA!

  • 7VS7 TOURNAMENT CONCLUDES FOR ANOTHER YEAR

  • CONGRATS TO THE VIC U14 TIER 2 & VIC U16 TIER 1 BOYS!

    The Victoria Youth Comitee would like to congratulate the Vic U14 Tier 2 Boys for winning the Victoria U14 Combined Category . The boys worked well together and most importantly came together as a team. Again Congrats on the Gold Medal Win. Congrats Boys!

     

    The Victoria Youth Comitee would also like to thank the Vic U16 Tier 1 Boys for winning the Gold Medal at the Victoria U16 Tournament. After losing their first game the boys won their remaining two games to advance to the Final. The game went down to penalty shots in which they eventually won. A great Character win and most importantly a Gold Medal Win! Congrats Boys!

About Victoria Youth Soccer Club

Through the dedicated efforts of our founding members we have converted a 12.5 acre farmer's field to a landscaped recreational area that consists of four professionally maintained soccer fields, dressing rooms, outdoor seating for eight-hundred people, ample parking and a Clubhouse. Our objective is to continue to expand and provide our facilities for the enjoyment and recreation of the citizens of Edmonton and for visitors worldwide.


In 2001, 1st D.F.C. Victoria Soccer Club celebrated fifty years in which it has played a vital role in the development of soccer in Edmonton, Alberta, and Canada. Since its beginnings in 1951, the Victoria Soccer Club has grown to become, as recognized by many, the finest soccer facility in Alberta.
